join me to have the best festive morning. firstly we'll practice some christmas yoga postures accompanied by the songs we all love to hear at this time of year. the class will be followed by christmas treats and chai tea, a special raffle & a christmas wreath decorating class by the incredibly lovely victoria at upminster's finest, simply stunning designs. <3 the excitement is REAL!
